Terms and Conditions

• For taxi service time amendment is required to notice to office as following;

• Notice 8 Hours Office time (Thailand time) in advance for airport pick up.

• Notice 5 Hours Office time (Thailand time) in advance for hotel pick up.

If notice after the mentioned hours or no notice from passenger, the paid amount will be non-refundable or no compensation

• Payment is required in advance after making online booking. Driver is not allowed to collect whole amount of taxi fares from passengers.

• All customers must make booking and payment online via our payment channel, PayPal or PAYSBUY at 100% or minimum 50% of total amount and pay the balance by cash to the driver.
