Fuel and expressway tolls are included in every price.
No deposit – pay the driver in cash or by bank transfer.
Flight delays cost nothing extra – we follow your flight.
Golf bags are welcome – tell us how many when you book so we send the right car.
Baby car seat (1–3 years) available for 200 THB extra.
To cancel or change a trip, please tell us at least 1 day before.
A sudden cancellation or change after the car has arrived costs 300–500 THB.
Public holidays (20 December – 10 January, Chinese New Year, Songkran and other festivals) add 300–500 THB.

Hotel pick-up anywhere in Phuket, Patong, Kata or Rawai – give us the hotel name or a map pin.
Landing at Phuket Airport (HKT)? We track your flight and wait at arrivals, even if you land late.
Islands (Koh Tao, Samui, Phangan, Samet, Chang): we drive you to the pier; book the boat for at least 45 minutes after your expected arrival.
Long trips (north, Isan, deep south) take a full day – leave early; toilet and food stops are free.
Leaving Phuket, the Sarasin Bridge area can be slow at rush hour and in high season; add 30 minutes.
